WHERE YOUR INSURANCE CLAIM SETTLEMENT BECOMES FAIR

As a Public Adjuster, we are your claim representative, fiduciary, ally, private adjuster, and advocate.

Like some attorneys, we work on a contingency fee. This means we only get paid when there is an insurance settlement.

Insurance companies protect themselves, but Adjuster4you protects you.

What do we do? We charge fees to perform insurance claim adjustment services for you, the insured. Simply put, we represent you, document your damages, and negotiate your settlement amount with the insurance carrier. On average, our profession's services increase the amount an insurance company pays an insured by approximate 75%. The benefit to our client is representation, accurate, thorough, and professional claim settlement process. Example: A $200,000 claim loss is actually a $350,000 claim loss (with our help). We easily outperform the small fee that we charge for our professional claim services.

We NEED TO STRESS that insurance claim settlement results are better the sooner in the process we get hired. Typically, results are higher than a 75% increase when we start from the beginning. Some claims are tremendously underpaid because of mistakes made early in the claim process. Common mistakes include lack of claim knowledge, limited policy understanding, environmental testing, using bad vendors, and proper mitigation.

Over 25 Years of Experience

You know it, we know it, they know it! The claims settlement process is simply not set up to be fair and balanced. Most people don't handle claims daily like an insurance carrier does. Most people don't study insurance contracts and policies. Most people don't know what insurance should pay for and how much they should pay for it.

Insurance companies save money when the policyholder doesn't get professional claim help. It is your job to prove all of your damages, NOT the job of the insurance adjuster. Luckily, in most states, you can have representation from a Public Adjuster to professionally guide and help you through the entire claim process.

Do's

  • DO ASK QUESTIONS, LOTS OF QUESTIONS.
  • DO TAKE NOTES, LOTS OF NOTES.
  • DO TAKE PICTURES, LOTS OF PICTURES.
  • Do contact a public adjuster for a free review.
  • Do understand some people will tell you not to use a public adjuster, an attorney, a certain vendor, and more.
  • Do question who is looking out for you.
  • Do understand that you deserve a fair settlement, not half of it.
  • Do understand that not all adjusters are created equal.
  • Do understand you are not being forced to use the insurance company vendors.
  • Do cooperate with your insurance company as stated in your policy.
  • Do protect your property from additional damage.
  • Do protect your contents from theft and further damage.

Don'ts

  • Don't be passive since it is easy. Do what is right to protect your financial interests.
  • Don't wait and "see what happens".
  • Don't stress, we've got you covered.
  • Don't waste your time.
  • Don't assume the insurance adjuster is working to benefit you.
  • Don't simply use the insurance company's vendors to do your work.
  • Never sign a contract without fully understanding what you are signing.
  • Don't make verbal agreements, get them in writing.
  • Don't abandon your property and contents.
  • Don't pay a vendor upfront or with cash.
